At Beautiful Feet Books, we want you to love every step you take in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
